Summer Camp 2008
General Information
For Summer Camp 2008 we are going to Ransburg Scout Reservation on June 22 - 28, 2008. This is the last full week of June 2008.
We will be in the Hickory Ridge Campsite.
(Troop 9 - Summer Camp 2007 - Camp Crooked Creek)
For Summer Camp 2008, the full price cost is $190 per boy, adults are $75.
The Troop and Council are also offering early bird savings. This discount will bring the cost down to $160 for each boy.
For 2008, the early bird payment schedule is:
- February 25, 2008, - $80.00 deposit.
- April 28, 2008 - $80.00 (Full payment)
Ransburg Scout Reservation is located on 1500 acres on Monroe Reservoir, near Bloomington Indiana. The camp is about a one hour and 30 minutes from Indianapolis.

Medical Forms
For summer camp everyone must have a physical. If you are under the age of 40 (boys and adults), you must have had a "Class 2" medical within the last three years. For anyone 40 and over, you must have had a "Class 3" medical within the last year.
Summer Camp is the only place that a Scout may earn any of the Firecrafter ranks.
